TERMS OF SERVICE

 BY SUBMITTING A BOOKING WITH WASATCH SHUTTLE CO. ONLINE, BY PHONE, OR BY EMAIL YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE. 

 

     All deposits are NON refundable.The client is responsible for providing valid contact information that will be used by Wasatch Shuttle Co. to contact them at the time of pick up. Wasatch Shuttle Co. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $150.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted or plowed, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Not responsible for missed flights. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. The client is responsible for providing Wasatch Shuttle Co. with the total seating and luggage capacity requirements at the time of booking. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.  In the event that the client is not happy with the vehicle type or size they can request an upgrade for an additional upgrade cost. The upgrade cost will vary depending on availability and the type of upgrade requested. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up time via email. Any Cancellation made within 24 hours of pickup time will be considered a late cancellation. The client is responsible for paying the full fare of any late cancellations. A late booking fee of $20.00 will be added to the fare for all reservations made or changed less than 24 hours prior to pick up time. A late night pick up fee will be added to the fare for pick up times between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am. 18% gratuity will be added to all reservations made within 24 hours of the pickup time.
